Security Automation

• Viewpoints security is a large component of the implementation process of it is critical to set it up correctly pre go live. You have to manage Data, Form, Report, Attachment, Inquiry, and Template Security and unfortunately all in different places.
• By working with Agile a custom security dashboard can be created that automates the give and take of rights in a clear and flexible fashion. The automated solutions allows the ability for people you wouldn’t normally give access to security management programs to ways to help spread the load of managing security.

Employee Automation

• When a new employee is entered into Viewpoint the possible locations that you need to load them in endless: HR Resource Master, PR Employees, PM Firm Contacts, JC Project Managers, VA User Profile, AP Vendor Master, HQ Reviewers, and HQ Reviewer Groups, Data security profiles, and application security just for starters.
• Work with Agile to create an onboarding dashboard which with the few clicks of the mouse will tell the system what you want to setup for that user and then perform the operations for you, the same way every time for every employee, never leaving anything to be forgotten by human hands.
• Dashboard will also allow you to change/update information throughout your use of Viewpoint.
