Workflow Notifiers

• In the Workflow (WF) module Viewpoint has standard notifiers that can be turned on. They have no flexibility or dynamics to them, its for everything or nothing and usually hardcoded to individual email address.
• Agile has developed a sound process to allow notifiers to be turned on and off by job, by employee role on a job, and many other factors. Once the notifiers are written they can be changed without using complicated SQL code to determine who should get them.
• Start taking advantage of the new deep linking function where email notifiers can provide direct hyperlinks in the email to open to the specific record the notifier is telling you about.
