Brad Worsham, Founder
Brad Worsham earned a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Duke University and worked at Clark Construction in the Washington DC Metro Area until 2010 when he relocated to North Carolina, where he worked for LeChase Construction. After being the in-house contact and building out Viewpoint for LeChase from the ground up, Mr. Worsham recognized the need for implementation leads who had both construction experience and technical expertise to successfully implement Viewpoint. With this in mind, Agile Advising was founded in 2013 with the single purpose of helping large companies implement Viewpoint successfully.
Starting from day one, Agile has been a key, hands-on adviser, helping many multi-million dollar businesses turn failing Viewpoint implementations into success.
Viewpoint Implementation Experience
As mentioned above, Mr. Worsham has helped dozens of high-value companies make their Viewpoint implementation a success, where Viewpoint’s own internal support has failed. He has met with functional leaders from many organizations (CEOs, CFOs, controllers, division managers, project executives, project managers, etc.) and worked with their teams to craft Viewpoint into a solution that fits their business, not a business that has changed to fit Viewpoint’s minimal out-of-the-box functionality.
